On this page you can get information of what to do if you have a complaint about your order.
If your order has been damaged during shipment, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, we will of course make sure to correct the error. In order for us to process your complaint, we must ask you to send pictures of:
1. The damaged product.
2. Front and back of the exterior protection of the package, with a visible packing label.
3. Interior protection of the package.
The pictures, your order number, and the description of the complaint must be sent to email@example.com
Note! Please note that complaints and exchange of products purchased online must be handled online. You cannot bring the products to our physical store in Aarhus.
In case you have a complaint for a product purchased in our physical store in Aarhus, you can contact us at our physical store.
You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance and tell us about your complaint. In this way, we can make sure that you get the best possible service when you contact our store – if you need a new product, for example, we can make sure it is in stock and prepare it for collection.
Remember to bring your receipt when you contact our physical store.
