When are you going to withdraw the money from my account?

We’ll withdraw the money from your account when we have shipped your order.

My package has been damaged during shipment – what should I do?

If your order has been damaged during shipment, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, we will of course make sure to correct the error. In order for us to process your complaint, we must ask you to send pictures of:

1. The damaged product.
2. Front and back of the exterior protection of the package, with a visible packing label.
3. Interior protection of the package.
